Our Facilities
The Yoga Room
A spacious yoga room invites you to teach and inspire people. Natural insulation provided by Portuguese cork walls, double-insulated windows, and a professional heating system gives the room a comfortable atmosphere. The room offers several lighting options, and the view of Mafra Palace is impressive.
With more than 60 m², it can host up to 35 yoga mats or 50 people seated on chairs.

The Lounge
The lounge is an open space consisting of several areas: a teaching space of around 35 m² with cork insulation, a living area with sofas and armchairs in front of the fireplace, a large library with selected books in several foreign languages, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen for self-catering or cooking workshops.
The teaching space can host up to 20 yoga mats or 30 people seated on chairs.

The Pagoda
If the weather is nice (this area of Portugal enjoys more than 290 days of sunshine per year!), the wooden pagoda in the garden can be used free of charge by those who have booked the yoga room or the lounge.
This offers teachers the flexibility to alternate between outdoor and indoor sessions.
Our Services
Accomodation
The Ashram can organize accommodation, including partners’ houses within walking distance of the Ashram, when needed. Single, double, and shared rooms are available.
From March to November, camping in spacious double tents is also possible.
There are various overnight stay options to suit every need and budget.
Meals & Snacks
Every working group or course participant needs a break! Snacks can be provided upon request.
The service will be charged accordingly.
Example: tremoços, homemade gluten-free bread with spreads, tea, and fruit.
A professional cooking team can provide delicious national and international dishes. Meals can include breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, prepared mainly with seasonal, regional products and adapted to the needs of the group.
Meals are vegetarian or vegan and gluten-free.

For professional use, we provide various equipment items included in the booking of the yoga room or the lounge:
