Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deeply relaxing process suitable for everyone. While resting comfortably on the back in savasana, participants are guided through a systematic meditation to deeply relax the mind, emotions, and physical body, creating a peaceful calmness.
Mental impressions (samskaras) developed over time cause habits and patterns that don’t serve us. These samkaras can be used as intentions to self heal unwanted patterns and habits, by connecting our deepest truth during this practice.
